Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Greenridge Vale Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Louisville producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
