Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Cedar Summit Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Richmond, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
