Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Stonegate Wilder Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
