Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
