Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning helps transport agencies around San Jose design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
