Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Bright Sparrow Banking Services is a regional lender in Birmingham with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
