Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Lumen Harbor Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in San Diego. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 496 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
