Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Amberfield Orchard Care Services provides in-home and community support in Phoenix. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
