Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Lumen Thistle Medical is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
