Foxglove Birch Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
