Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Basin Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
