Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Lumen Cross Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Madison. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
