Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cobalt Pharma Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
