Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Highbridge Ivory Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Little Rock. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
