Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Forge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Columbus, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
