Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Stonegate Iron Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
