Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Drift Telecom and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
