Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Foxglove Basin Banking Services is a community-focused bank in St. Louis serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
