Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Cobalt Medical designs and makes medical devices in El Paso. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
