Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Cedar Haven Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in New Orleans. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
