Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Foxglove Harbor Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Cleveland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
