Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Nova Haven Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Tampa, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
