Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Hollow Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
