Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Glen Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
