Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Foxglove Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
