Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Foxglove Keystone Environmental Services Associates is an environmental-services company in New Orleans with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
