Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Amberfield Quarry Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Detroit, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
