Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Fernwood Hollow Energy Group is an energy provider in Boston focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
