Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Rivermark Stone Telecom Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
