Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Pine Financial Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
