Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Stonegate Cobalt Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Oakland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
