Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Nest Financial Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 206 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
