Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Amberfield Juniper Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Portland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 661 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
