Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Forge Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
