Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Holdings is a transit-planning firm in Oakland working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
