Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Juniper Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
