Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Quill Telecom is a telecommunications provider in San Jose focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
