Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Nova Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Minneapolis focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
