Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Harborlight Lakeside Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Salt Lake City serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
