Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Foxglove Orchard Foods Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
