Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Highbridge Haven Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Savannah, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
