Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Stonegate Ivory Transit Planning helps transport agencies around San Diego design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
