Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Silverline Wilder Construction Group is a Tucson contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
