Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Nova Quill Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Dallas, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
