Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Bright Ashton Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
