Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Nova Forge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Knoxville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
