Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Stone Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
