Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Union Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 521 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
