Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Haven Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
