Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Yarrow Civic Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
